Because a warehouse cage folds for use, it is also called a foldable or collapsible wire mesh cage. The surface is usually galvanized, in either cold or hot galvanizing. When the customer does not specify, Xintongnuo defaults to cold galvanizing. If the customer stores lighter plastic parts rather than heavy castings and stampings, and wants a neater workshop look, powder coating is also an option. Powder coating comes in blue, red, gray, and other colors and looks good, but it does not suit outdoor locations or high-humidity sites. The materials of a foldable cage split into two groups: 1. Bottom frame structure Made from U-shaped profiles rolled from cold sheet, dedicated to warehouse cages. Depending on the cage size and load, different thicknesses and sizes of U-section steel are chosen, cut, assembled, and welded. For very heavy loads, square tube can replace the U-section steel. 2. Upper wire mesh structure Drawn from Q235B wire through a multi-pass cold-drawing machine. Cold drawing raises the wire strength, and the mesh is then designed to openings such as 50*50, 50*100, 100*100, and 25*50 according to the load. Side panels used for stacking also get reinforcing ribs sized to the stacking load, to meet the load requirement. Once the mesh panels are welded, they are assembled with springs.
